VenueHub ("we", "us", or "our") provides AI-powered automation tools for independent music venues at myvenuehub.com. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your venue or business to these terms. By using VenueHub, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Use of the Platform

• You agree to use VenueHub only for lawful purposes related to your venue's operations
• You are responsible for all content generated and sent through your account
• You may not use VenueHub to send spam, harass users, or violate any platform's terms of service
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform

4. Instagram and Meta Platform Usage

When you connect your Instagram Business account, you authorize VenueHub to send automated replies to Direct Messages on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for all messages sent from your account. VenueHub complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You may revoke Instagram access at any time from your dashboard.

5. AI-Generated Content

VenueHub uses AI to generate content including replies, promotions, and outreach emails. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate and agree to review automated content before relying on it for business decisions. VenueHub is not liable for any errors in AI-generated content.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

• VenueHub offers free and paid subscription plans
• Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
• Refunds are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of VenueHub is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any conduct we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

VenueHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results from use of the platform will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VenueHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
