• Venue name, email address, and account details you provide during registration
• Instagram account information (username, page ID, access token) when you connect your Instagram Business account
• Inquiry and message data submitted through your venue's contact form
• Usage data such as which tools you use and when

3. How We Use Your Information

• To power AI-generated replies to your venue's inquiries and Instagram DMs
• To generate promotional content, reports, and automations on your behalf
• To send you weekly recap emails and performance summaries
• To improve the platform and diagnose technical issues

4. Instagram Data

When you connect Instagram, we store your access token securely to send automated replies on your behalf. We do not sell or share your Instagram data with third parties. You can disconnect Instagram at any time from your dashboard.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase. API credentials are encrypted at rest. We do not sell your data to any third party.

6. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at ozzyksembrat@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
